Giving to Evergreen
Evergreen Productions is completely funded by Donations, Ticket Sales, and In Kind Donations from individuals, corporations, and other private entities. Evergreen has absolutely no paid staff, but instead is entirely operated by volunteers. There is no person or entity that benefits from the success of Evergreen, and all of our funding is immediately invested back into the Theatre Arts Community in Green Bay, Wisconsin and surrounding areas.
A tax-deductible donation to Evergreen Productions will never be wasted. Every cent will be used to increase an awareness of the performing arts and, especially, our educational programs for youth.
Our Educational Programming is intended to be available to all young people in the area, regardless of background and cultural demographic. Here is just some of the press coverage we have received for our programming: Press Gazette Article.

How You Can Help
There are SO many different skills needed and jobs to do in theatre. We need builders. People who can sew. Organizers. Technology Gurus. Backstage People. Managers. Fundraising Champions. Marketing Superstars. Teachers. Writers. We need a whole host of people to make this work. Consider giving your time and talent to Evergreen. Being a part of something this Creative and Wonderful will change your life! Click HERE or on the "Get Involved" tab above to learn more about how to jump in!
We are not asking people to fund someone's acting hobby. We are asking people to see the vital role that the Fine Arts play in informing, challenging, stretching, entertaining, and supporting the life and deeper identity of the Civic Culture of an area. We need the arts, because they sweep us up into something beyond ourselves. It is not about pretending. It is about driving a whole society to seek MORE. There are a number of ways to give to Evergreen:
However you decide to give, your generosity is greatly appreciated. We thank you for your kindness and support!
We Need You!
Kids find self-expression, confidence, and purpose in the Arts. This is a claim with a lot of evidence behind it. When young people are able to express themselves in a new and creative way, they are instilled with a new sense of hope and a motivation to grow, risk, and achieve.
In fact, just recently, at the 2013 Emmy Awards, Tony Hale, an Emmy recipient for outstanding acting, spent a large portion of his acceptance speech talking about his experience in a Young Actors Program, much like that of Evergreen Theatre, as the single most important foundational factor in his success. HERE is the link to an article about that program.
1. We do not want money or transportation to be the issue that keeps a child from his or her future in the performing arts. So, we need your help to make sure that we can get kids from all kinds of backgrounds and life experiences to a place where they can learn and grow in self expression. We will most likely need to explore transporting kids and providing scholarships for materials that they may not be able to afford. It is an investment in the future! It is planting seeds in a child's life.
2. We need to make sure our facilities are safe and up to date. It costs a great deal to rent or purchase and maintain buildings to house our classes and programs for youth. We need your help to keep the lights on!
3. We want to be able to purchase the very best in equipment, tools, technology, and materials, in order to give every child a chance to be a part of a theatre community and to learn the skills and concepts required to make their dreams a reality.
