Kids Next Door(KND) is Evergreen's young actors drama club. The name refers back to the original young actors theater program, Next Door Theater. Throughout the year, kids are invited to attend workshops, get-togethers, and special events. All activities/events are supervised by Evergreen adults.
Questions about KND can be directed to Sherrill Revolinski at srevolinski1@gmail.com
Kids Next Door Community Works Troupe
Evergreen's newest Young Actor's program, the Kids Next Door Community Works Troupe was recently formed to take theater out into the community. Young actors rehearse 1-2 hours a week learning 10-20 minute skits and plays. After rehearsing for a few weeks, the skits are ready to be performed out in the community. Several skits may be performed at any one event. We are hoping to perform at events, meetings, assisted living facilities, hospitals among others. Some shows and skits are designed for kids and family audiences and others are designer for older audiences. Performances can range from 10-40 minutes. We are currently looking to book performance dates for the spring and summer. There's no cost to book a performance but donations are always appreciated. To book the KND Community Works Troupe contact Sherrill Revolinski at srevolinski1@gmail.com. Calls for young actors to join the Troupe and upcoming audition opportunities will be posted on our website and on social media. However, there may be opportunities for young actors to join a anytime. To find out about joining the Troupe, contact Tricia Adams at tricia@evergreenproductions.org.
