​For more than four decades, Evergreen Community Theater has been a place where young people discover confidence, creativity, and belonging. Today, Evergreen is stepping boldly into its future with the transformation of its new home at 1806 Bond Street — a space that will serve youth, families, nonprofits, and the entire Green Bay community.
Step Forward Campaign — Transforming the Performance Space

The former school gymnasium at the Bond Street building is being transformed into a warm, accessible, professional performance venue. This space will host community events, nonprofit gatherings, plays and musicals.

Strengthens productions by Supporting essential show elements. Helps fund rehearsal materials and small scenic elements ($300–$1,200).
Production Crew

Advances artistic quality by supporting scenic builds ($500–$3,000), wireless mic equipment ($500–$900), and costume/prop needs.
Stage Manager

Enhances production quality and audience experience. Supports program printing ($500–$1,000), safety updates ($300–$600/year), and technical improvements.
Star Performer

Provides major support for youth programming and show licensing (royalties: $550–$2,300).

Provides extraordinary leadership for major investments such as musical royalties ($4,000–$8,000) and raised seating ($12,000–$15,000 per row).
