Make your own magic staff, cauldron and magic potions, and shrunken head! Learn some of the techniques and materials used in the technical side of theater to make props, set pieces, and costumes. Students will work on several theater craft projects individually and will be able to take them home at the end of the week. Students should wear or bring clothes that they can paint in and get dirty. Many of the materials we will be working with will not come out of clothing.

Older and experienced students will engage in age-appropriate exercises and activities designed to stretch their imagination and acting skills. Students will increase their concept of stage presence, character analysis and development, and stage reactions and partnerships.
