Volunteer Registration is now online
All volunteers must complete a volunteer registration form and emergency contact form each season. Parents or legal guardians must also complete these forms for any minors that will be participating in any Evergreen Productions show or activity. Both forms can be completed by clicking the boxes below. If you have any difficulties completing or accessing either form, please contact Sherrill Revolinski at [email protected]. Please note: the season begins each year with the Summer Program.
